Eligibility

If you are a regular full-time employee of Benner & White you are eligible to participate in the Benefits Program on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

 

Part-time and internship employees are not eligible to participate.

 

Coverage will end at the end of the month following date of termination or resignation. Life insurance and disability insurance coverages term on the last day of employment.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your spouse; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
